DELIVERY INFORMATION

STEFANIAMODE.COM delivers all over the world with DHL EXPRESS. All deliveries made by STEFANIAMODE.com are accompanied by an invoice stating the exact value in Euros of the purchased goods, as required by international import and export regulations. Invoices are placed inside the parcel. For discounted items, deliveries will be accompanied by an invoice stating the discounted value of the items. DISPATCH

STEFANIAMODE.COM processes orders for dispatch Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm (UTC/GMT+1), excluding Italian national holidays. Orders received from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. STEFANIAMODE.COM will not be liable for delivery delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances outside the control of STEFANIAMODE.COM.

Delivery times:
Italy: DHL Express in 1-3 business days
Europe: DHL Express in 3-5 business days
Rest of the world: DHL Express in 3-6 business days, EMS in 7/15 working days, depending on the country and on the transit time and custom clearance.

DELIVERY TRACKING

You will receive an email from DHL containing a tracking number as soon as STEFANIAMODE.COM issues the dispatch documents. To track a parcel, go to www.dhl.com/en.html and enter the tracking number received by email. INSURANCE: STEFANIAMODE.COM insures deliveries against theft or accidental damage at no extra cost to the customer. Once the order has reached its final destination, the goods are no longer covered by insurance. NB: Stefaniamode.com does not deliver to post office boxes. AVAILABILITY: IMMEDIATE DISPATCH.

Orders will be processed as soon as items become available and the payment method has been verified. An order confirmation email will be sent at the same time. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. You will be contacted by our customer service department, if an order cannot be dispatched for reasons outside the control of STEFANIAMODE.COM. There may be some delays on orders received during promotions and sales.

PRE-ORDERS: DISPATCHED WHEN ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE

Pre-orders are charged and invoiced on the day after receipt of the order. Providing the payment method has been verified, pre-ordered items are dispatched once they are in stock. Credit cards are charged immediately at the time of the order, subject to verification. Bank transfers for pre-ordered goods must be made at the same time as the order. The availability date provided by the designer is published online. STEFANIAMODE.COM is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes to pre-ordered items made during production. If a pre-ordered item does not arrive, the customer will be notified and refunded. If an order includes both available and pre-order items, two separate deliveries will be made to the customer: Available items will be dispatched the day after receipt of the order (orders received over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday), subject to verification of the payment method. Pre-orders will be dispatched once the goods are in stock, following verification of the payment method. The order total is the total value of the order (see DELIVERY COSTS).

TAXES AND DUTIES

STEFANIAMODE.COM dispatches orders "delivery duty paid" (DDP), hence all taxes and duties are included for the following countries: Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. Goods will arrive directly at their destination address in these countries, with no extra charges other than the amount paid at the time of the order.

Orders to all other countries are sent "delivery duty unpaid" (DDU), i.e. exclusive of any local sales taxes or customs duties. If you reside in a non-EU country, we advise you to find out about local taxes and duties before placing an order on STEFANIAMODE.COM. Please be aware that any local sales taxes or customs duties will be charged directly to the customer by the courier for each order at the time of delivery and will not be refunded if the items are returned.

AUTHORISED DELIVERY

Customers are asked to look carefully at all delivered parcels before signing for receipt of ordered goods. STEFANIAMODE.COM parcels are carefully sealed with tape printed with STEFANIAMODE.COM. If a parcel has been opened by Customs or the courier for external inspections, it will be resealed with security control tape. If you receive a parcel that has been tampered with or where the tape is no longer intact, you may sign for it with reservations or refuse it altogether. If the parcel is accepted with a non-authorised signature or if it is damaged, we advise you to make an immediate complaint to your local DHL office and email STEFANIAMODE.COM at customercare@stefaniamode.com

NON DELIVERY

If, for any reason, an order made through STEFANIAMODE.COM is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons of non-compliance (e.g. wrong telephone number provided, wrong address, no address provided, non-compliance with import regulations) with the agreed conditions, the parcel will be returned to Italy at the customer's expense, including any import duties. These charges will be deducted from refunds.

DELIVERY DOCUMENTS

In accordance with international import and export regulations, STEFANIAMODE.COM dispatches all orders from Trapani, Italy WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE, stating the exact total of the purchased goods in Euros. ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL IMPORT REGULATIONS, IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE A LOWER AMOUNT OR TO DECLARE ITEMS AS GIFTS.

DELIVERY DOCUMENTS FOR EXOTIC LEATHER

By law, all orders dispatched by STEFANIAMODE.COM containing items with exotic leather and sent outside the European Union require a CITES permit (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna), which serves as a passport for exported goods. The document contains information to the extent that the item is produced from an animal that was bred specifically for trade purposes and was not caught in the wild. For more information, please visit the website: www.cites.org. Permits are issued by the “Fishing, Wildlife and Game Custom's Office” and take up to 14 days to be processed. CITES requires an invoice to issue the permit, therefore the order amount will be CHARGED BEFORE DISPATCH. Dispatch and delivery times will depend on the processing time for permits.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or to exchange for a different size or colour within 14 days of the delivery date.

ORIGINAL CONDITION

Returned items should have no imperfections, should be in the same condition as when originally sent and should be in the original packaging with the single-use seal still attached. Customers may return unused items to STEFANIAMODE.COM within 14 days of delivery, after writing to and receiving confirmation from customercare@stefaniamode.com

REQUEST FOR RETURNS AUTHORISATION

The right of cancellation may be duly exercised when the following conditions are fully complied with:

a. You have properly filled out and sent the returns form to be found on your account page in the returns and exchanges section on Stefaniamode.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product(s). Alternatively, you may also put in a request to our customer care service – customercare@stefaniamode.com – or send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract by posting a registered letter to this address: Stefaniamode, Via Torrearsa, 27, 91100 Trapani (Sicily - Italy).

b. The products must be in their original condition as described above.

c. All returns must bear the RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER, as figuring on the form, on the outside of the package or on the inside. For an improved service, please email the carrier's tracking number for the returned order to customercare@stefaniamode.com.

Please choose one of the following reasons for the return:

1. EXCHANGE SIZE OR COLOUR

Please note that exchanges are only possible within the European Union. Items may only be exchanged if a different size or color of the same item code is available. It is currently not possible to exchange goods for different item codes. The new item will be dispatched as soon as the original order is returned and received. We can only exchange non-faulty items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed and have all their original tags. The goods should be returned in a single parcel. All exchanges are sent using the same delivery service (DHL). We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from a single order, if they are sent at different times. 2. Returns

Returned items will be refunded, minus the original delivery costs. Refunds will be made as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. If you paid for the order by credit card, the refund will be made within 14 days and will appear on your next statement. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card company. If you paid for your the order by bank transfer, the sum will be refunded into the same account. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original payment. Exchange rate differences will not be accounted for in the refund.

RETURNS POLICY

Stefaniamode.com believes customers should be able to buy the right products for them. If, for any reason, customers are not satisfied with their order, they may return unused goods within 14 days of delivery. Goods may only be returned for a refund or for exchange with a different size or colour. Customers should comply with the OFFICIAL STEFANIAMODE RETURNS POLICY as described below:

- returned items must have a returns label and an intact security seal attached to them. They must not be removed or cut in any way

- returned items must not have been worn, altered, washed or bear any sign of wear and tear. Footwear soles must show no imperfections and must be in perfect condition.

- returned items must have all their original tags, the original packaging in which the order was received and all the other accessories (hangers, covers, bags). If the returned goods are shoes or other accessories, items must be dispatched in their original boxes, which should not have been altered, used and/or damaged. This condition also applies to external packaging.

RETURN DELIVERIES

Delivery costs: the cost of returning goods is met by the customer unless the items were faulty or incorrect. STEFANIAMODE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorised and/or do not comply with the returns policy explained in detail online and in the email giving return instructions. If the return has not been authorised or does not comply with policy, the goods will be returned to the original delivery address. If an unauthorised return is accepted, STEFANIAMODE.COM will deduct 10% from the refund. STEFANIAMODE.COM also reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising the return of faulty goods and paying for their return to its premises. In the event of faulty goods or incorrect deliveries, STEFANIAMODE.COM will bear the expense at no cost to the customer or will refund the costs incurred. STEFANIAMODE.COM will not accept items that have already been washed, worn or altered for any reason. STEFANIAMODE.COM reserves the right to inspect returned goods and assess the validity of the refund based on their condition.

CREDIT CARD

We guarantee maximum credit card security for all STEFANIAMODE.COM customers, with processing of all transactions via a secure server. For greater security, STEFANIAMODE.COM recommends using the PIN CREDENTIALS provided by Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard. Please consult www.visa.com or http://www.mastercard.com for more information.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

With the exception of navigation data, customers may provide their personal data by writing to the email address shown in the dedicated box for requesting information or for other communications. For the sake of completeness, we remind customers that, in some cases unrelated to the ordinary running of this website, the public authorities may request details and information in accordance with article 156 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, in order to monitor the processing of personal data; in such cases, we are obliged to comply or risk administrative penalties. However, in order to place an order, customers are required to provide all requested data, including bank details. Failure to do so, will prevent the conclusion of the transaction, owing to insufficient and incomplete data, as required by law (indirect reference is made to tax regulations and the issuance of an invoice)

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

STEFANIAMODE.COM has up to 30 calendar days to confirm the status and availability of the goods and to verify the transaction with the issuing bank of the customer's credit card.As soon as an order is confirmed for available goods and pre-ordered items (to be dispatched as they come into stock), STEFANIAMODE.COM will charge the credit card. Customers will be charged according to their individual agreements with their issuing bank

CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION

If the card has sufficient funds, if the account information is valid and if the bank confirms authorisation of the transaction, the order will be processed immediately and the customer will receive the transaction number for the order from our bank. The authorised amount refers to the sum STEFANIAMODE.COM will charge the customer. Authorised funds refers to the sums "reserved" in the customer's account.

CREDIT CARD CURRENCY

Credit cards will be charged in EUR, USD or GBP, hence the final amounts will be calculated and charged at the exchange rate applicable on the day of the transaction.

BANK TRANSFER

If the selected payment method is by bank transfer, customers will automatically receive an email confirming the account information for STEFANIAMODE.COM. Goods will be reserved for one week and dispatched once the funds are deposited into the STEFANIAMODE bank account.

Yes. STEFANIAMODE.COM also delivers to Asia / North America / South America / Australia / Africa with DHL EXPRESS. Deliveries outside the EU are VAT exempt. Prices published on www.STEFANIAMODE.COM do not include VAT. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are subject to import charges and customs duties based on local laws in force in the destination country and are met by customers.

4. HOW CAN I RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SPECIAL SALES AND YOUR LATEST COLLECTIONS?

If are a registered customer, you will receive our newsletters and all information about our latest special sales, promotions, events and everything else to do with STEFANIAMODE.COM.

5. I AM A NEW CUSTOMER AND I PLACED AN ORDER A FEW DAYS AGO. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

We would like to inform our first-time clients that bank authorisations may sometimes delay the processing of your order. We will dispatch your goods as soon as we receive authorisation from your bank and the goods are in stock.

6. DO THE PRICES ON YOUR WEBSITE INCLUDE VAT? I LIVE IN EUROPE AND AM NOT EXEMPT FROM PAYING VAT.

The prices published on the STEFANIAMODE.COM website are actual retail prices in Euros minus VAT. If you do not live in the European Union, you are exempt from paying VAT. The delivery address must be outside of the European Union. The invoice will not include VAT. Please remember that goods delivered outside the European Union are subject to import taxes and duties (DDU – Deliver Duties Unpaid) in the destination country.

7. IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES ARE VERY HIGH IN MY COUNTRY. COULD YOU DECLARE A LOWER INVOICE TOTAL OR SAY THAT THE ORDER IS A GIFT?

Unfortunately we cannot declare a lower invoice total or state that the order is a gift. In accordance with trade regulations, all orders placed with STEFANIAMODE.COM must be sent with an official invoice declaring the full value of each item.

8. THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE ARE IN EUROS, US DOLLARS OR POUNDS STERLING. HOW CAN I CONVERT THEM INTO MY CURRENCY SO I HAVE AN IDEA OF HOW MUCH I AM PAYING BY CREDIT CARD?

9. A FRIEND AND I BOTH BOUGHT THE SAME BAG ON TWO DIFFERENT DAYS. WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED MORE THAN HERS?

Exchange rates fluctuate daily. If your credit card was charged more than your friend's, it means the Euro was weaker against your currency on the day your friend placed her order.

10. I SAW A PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE YESTERDAY, BUT IT'S NO LONGER THERE TODAY. IS IT STILL AVAILABLE?

No. If the item was on the website yesterday and NOT today it means it was purchased in the last 24 hours and is no longer available.

11. I'VE JUST PLACED AN ORDER FOR AN ITEM MARKED "DUE IN MARCH". IT'S JANUARY NOW, SO WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

When you place your order, your credit card is given authorisation for the payment of an amount "X". We charge your card as soon as the order is processed. If the goods aren't available yet, your card will be charged and your order will be considered a reservation. We'll ship the goods as soon as they come into stock.

12. IF I PRE-ORDER ITEMS AT THE SAME TIME AS ORDERING AVAILABLE GOODS, CAN I GROUP THE ORDERS TOGETHER SO THAT I ONLY PAY ONE DELIVERY FEE? FROM YOUR WEBSITE IT APPEARS YOU WOULD CHARGE ME FOR TWO DELIVERIES.

Yes, please email your request to: customercare@stefaniamode.com. Nevertheless, the cost of the second delivery of pre-ordered goods is met by us. If there are several goods on Pre-Order, they will be dispatched once all items are in stock.

13. I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER WHICH INCLUDES DISCOUNTED ITEMS. WILL MY INVOICE SHOW THE ORIGINAL PRICE OR THE DISCOUNTED PRICE?

The discounted price will appear on the invoice.

14. CAN I BE UPDATED ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Yes, of course. Please send an email to customercare@stefaniamode.com with the full name used to place the order, the delivery address and the order number received with the bank's confirmation.

15. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept bank transfers, Visa, Maestro, Diners, JBC, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

16. I PREFER NOT TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE. DO YOU HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHOD?

Yes. If you don't have a credit card or have other reasons for not using one, we also accept bank transfers and PayPal. Please send an email to: customercare@stefaniamode.com detailing the items (including item codes) you would like to order, your full name, delivery address and telephone number. You will receive a confirmation email stating the availability of the goods, the total amount and the bank details for the transfer. As soon as we receive your email, your order will be reserved. It takes about 5 to 7 business days to process bank transactions of this kind.

17. I HAVE JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THE ITEM IS TOO SMALL. CAN I CHANGE IT FOR A LARGER ONE/THE RIGHT SIZE?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return delivery costs, import charges and taxes. Delivery back to you with the correct item is free of charge. Items can only be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same item code, provided it is available. Goods cannot be exchanged with different item codes. Please follow the instructions set out in the STEFANIAMODE.COM RETURNS POLICY.

18. I HAVE JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER AND I AM NOT SATISFIED. HOW CAN I RETURN IT FOR A REFUND?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return delivery costs, import charges and taxes. Delivery back to you with the correct item is free of charge. Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid by credit card, the refund will be made within approximately 15 days and will appear on your next statement. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card company. For orders paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the account used to pay for the order.
